Jocelyn Linde - Montana Certified Residential Appraiser

Through the guidance of an amazing mentor, licensed trainee apprenticeship, and state board certification (REA-RAR-LIC-13185), Jocelyn has completed a myriad of residential appraisals throughout Flathead Valley and beyond since 2018.

She continues to advance her appraisal education most recently earning a Luxury Home certificate. From appraising waterfront properties and custom-builds to vacant parcels and homesteads, Jocelyn appreciates meeting fellow Montanans and providing unbiased and thorough valuations.

Jocelyn holds a B.A. in Journalism and Technical Communication from Colorado State University and her background in public relations allows effective communication to translate into well-developed appraisals.
